Sessions can be canceled/ended if studio policies aren’t followed.
A 100% deposit is REQUIRED to book your session.

In order to refund the deposit due to cancellation, a minimum 24 hour notice must be provided prior to your booked session.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked session, you will be charged for one hour of the studio suite that you booked.

Bookings can be made through our website and phone. Please refer to our calendar for availability, room rates, and client access.
Breezy Studios is open Monday to Sunday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
For night sessions past 10:00 PM, please call the studio directly to check availability.
Night sessions will be kept at a reasonable volume level to avoid noise complaints
A $15.00 fee will be charged to clients who would like their food, drinks, or other similar items picked up for them. This $15.00 does not apply towards the items being picked up.
Clients and their guests may use the Breezy Studios lounge and break room at no additional charge. The lounge hosts a comfortable seating arrangements , 60 inch Smart TV, vending machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a freezer with an ice maker. Complimentary water and tea available.
Clients and guests may bring their own food and beverages to the studio. Clients may have food delivered to the studio. Food and drink may be consumed in the suite. However, food must be kept away from studio desks, recording equipment, racks, microphones, and cables. Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment from themselves or their guests.
We reserve the right to deny access to our premises and our equipment to those clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol and brandishing weapons.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises by order of the Fire Marshal. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please use the receptacle provided.
Your session must be paid in full in order to receive your session bounce. Please bring your own hard drive to receive the session bounce. If you are unable, the session bounce will be emailed to you upon request.
Please arrive in a timely manner for your booked session. The booked session begins as soon as scheduled. We recommend arriving early in order to fully utilize session time.
If a session is booked immediately following yours, then your booked session will end as scheduled. Typically, we provide 15 minutes between sessions for your bounce. If the room you booked is available after your session, then your time may be extended accordingly.
Sessions may be extended at 1 hour increments if there is no appointment after your session. We do our best to be flexible.
It is always a good idea to leave 10-20 minutes left at the end of your session to double-check final bounces and allow time for uploads and file transfers.
